New North Space Park

New North Space Park provides development-ready land and site access in Inuvik for satellite ground-segment infrastructure and related facilities. The site is positioned to support polar and low Earth orbit (LEO) operations, with practical access for mobilization and ongoing servicing.

The park includes 56 hectares of fully accessible land and is located approximately 5 km from Inuvik Airport (YEV) with highway access via the Dempster Highway. Connectivity options draw on Inuvik’s diverse, redundant fibre infrastructure.
